To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次1210來到大排長龍,今次0念住早0的來羅飛先,1140到,即時有位。一坐低,姐姐勁sell完盅登湯,見唔成功\,就sell果汁,話雪梨汁系拒地自己整既,好好0架0我。當然,我地一心來飲茶就唔會飲果汁啦。呢度茶錢都唔平,$11位。點心價錢就由$23-$46不等。我地要左6 樣野食。油菜,好好食,一0的都唔un;乳鴿,特價$45只,個樣看落好好食,但口感味道就一般;蛋\'塌\',見住廚師羅出來,新鮮出爐,食落仲熱辣辣,但個酥皮就做得麻麻;牛仔骨,好好味;鳳爪,唔掂,完全唔入味;馬拉糕,新鮮出爐,好鬆軟。呢度同其他中環酒樓收費有得比。只系碟油菜都要$45,markup得好勁。結賬時,張單計錯左,計少左樣點心。當然,誠實既我地都有同姐姐講番,姐姐話如果唔系,cashier要卑貼番錢出來。我地就無啦啦做左件好事。^_^
