叫咗兩道招牌菜試試。先講四季豆椒鹽牛扒,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅椒鹽味。牛扒切成薄片,煎得啱啱好,外層帶少少焦香,內裡保持住粉紅色嘅肉質。咬落去好軟嫩,椒鹽嘅鹹香完全帶出咗牛肉嘅鮮味,但又唔會過鹹。旁邊嘅四季豆炒得爽脆,吸收咗牛扒嘅肉汁,味道更加豐富。
至於個鵝肝炒飯,真係有驚喜。炒飯炒到粒粒分明,乾身得嚟又唔會太油。鵝肝切成一粒粒,煎到外脆內軟,入口即化,個種豐腴嘅油脂香滲透咗成個炒飯。每啖飯都食到鵝肝嘅香濃,仲有啲蔥花同蛋碎增加口感。最正係鵝肝嘅油香同炒飯嘅鑊氣完美結合,食完成個口都係餘香。
兩道菜嘅配搭好有趣,一邊係濃味嘅椒鹽牛扒,一邊係奢華嘅鵝肝炒飯,味道同口感都形成強烈對比,但又出奇地夾。呢個配搭真係令人食過返尋味,絕對值得再嚟試下其他菜式。
