To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期四晚同屋企人去左呢間店到食飯,叫左個半圍菜,有:1)鹽焗雞:好香,好入味,雞夠滑,不錯.2)龍蝦伊麵:龍蝦夠新鮮,好彈牙,煮得不錯.3)冬茹鮑魚:鮑魚好入味,唔太韌,亦唔錯.4)炸鯪魚球:呢個冇乜味,有乜特別.5)清蒸海班:有上枱o既時候,個賣相好嚇人,生平都係第一次o係酒樓見到一條個頭爛曬o既魚,係爛到隻眼同個口都冇左,佢地竟然敢膽比客,跟住我地叫個小二換過條,佢就叫左個部長過來,個部長一來到竟然話條魚冇問題,就算第二條都係一樣,之後我地都係叫佢蒸過條,怇仲死都話係一樣,但都係要死死氣去蒸過氣,第二條即刻正常曬,起碼個頭冇事.6)雲吞雞湯:湯味好濃,雲吞亦多汁,不錯.7)上湯時蔬:普通,可以不理.8)荷葉飯:冇乜味,亦可以不理其實成餐飯o既質素都可以,但個部長真係離曬譜,呢個喊樣抵比啦.
