To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天行完山後,行去日出康城食下午茶,大家想飲茶,所以去左陶源中菜酒樓。共有4款超值下午茶自選组合,只需係每個组合中選其中2款或以上,就可以用特價食下午茶。如果3:30入座,就可以用特價吃晚餐,6時前可以埋單離開酒樓。我地叫左香滑蓮蓉包、香滑牛肉腸和香煎蘿蔔糕,每碟只要20元,只是到左芝麻包和蘿蔔糕,這2個點心都好好食。又叫左煙燻鴨胸、上湯灼生菜和水晶肴肉,每碟只要30元,鸭胸肉肥美味,肴肉美味。大约5點,侍應叫我地埋單,我地比左錢後,牛肉腸仍未到,最後侍應同我地講廚房已沒有腸粉,退番22元比我地。
