To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. In view of the relatively new Chinese Restaurant opened in Kornhill, we decided to give it a try. There are lots of people waiting at around 8:00, we took the tickets from the ticket machine and then wait and wait. After 20:20, people got less since many did not want to wait and so they left. We waited and waited, seeing there are lots of empty tables inside. The receptionist (via the machine) called a few numbers of 2-ppl table but no one answered since most have left, it should then be our tur

We waited and waited, seeing there are lots of empty tables inside. The receptionist (via the machine) called a few numbers of 2-ppl table but no one answered since most have left, it should then be our turn but she suddenly changed to call a 3-ppl table who came later than us. What logic is that? If you are all along calling 2-ppl table and the ones before us all left, why you stopped right before our turn and gave the table to 3 ppl? Such service is really bad and unreasonable.
The food is so so and slightly over-priced, but the service is bad.
