今日午餐想食越南菜,來到中環盈置大廈地下的Moi Moi, 前身都係越南菜,剛轉手,呢個鋪頭係由越南裔名廚Luke Nguyen主理,佢係一位頗有名氣的廚師,期待!米紙卷,咬落好紮實,內有虎蝦、黑豚肉同越南紫蘇葉,點上醬汁,惹味清新絲網酥脆春卷內有大蝦,蟹肉,免治豬肉,木耳,及粉絲,非常豐富,食落唔太分明,但春卷皮炸得相當酥脆招牌菜!湯底用牛肉熬18小時的和牛湯河!牛肉有點太熟,河粉一般,但個湯算無得頂!淡淡牛肉香,頗清甜食個時將兩個醬加少少牛湯混埋一齊,再點牛肉食。兩個人午餐370,唔使等位,地方舒適,希望下次來食晚餐試其他經典越南小菜!
