To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期四晚同班同事來吃,唔知係唔係因為明星效應的關係,實在墟埳得緊要,一早訂左位都要等多30 分鐘至可以入座,都算幾誇張!<br>菜色種類不多,所以都係叫番係人都叫果d,雞煲翅湯,風沙雞,炸小棠菜,蒜蓉蟶子,避風塘炒蟹等。雞煲翅湯算係其中比較好的,份量十足兼有幾多翅,湯底也不是太「味精」。風沙雞份量奇細,食落似雪歲貨,最唔明係仲要一早訂定,其實要吃好味風沙雞請到東寶。炸小棠菜好鬼油膩,味道又無什特別。蒜蓉蟶子佢話係大蟶子,但照睇最多係中蟶子,味道都算OK。避風塘炒蟹完全唔掂,只是一般水準。<br>埋單位位二佰蚊,算貴。這樣的價錢同水準還有大把選擇,唔值得專誠搭車入跑馬地食。
