To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前一直見咁多人話元朗嗰間好好味， 但元朗太遠喇， 見尖沙咀近開左， 就專登走黎食吓。餐廳很細，枱不多，排隊龍排到很遠，等成半個鐘先到。但食就食15分鐘，因見咁多人等位，想慢慢飲麻杯野都唔好意思!$37蚊3餸一面，加餸每款另加$8，同區來說是抵的！我地兩人分別叫左:一碗 (我) - 豬腸+雞翼+蘿白 (辣汁) + 檸茶另一碗 (男友) - 豬腸+雞翼+魚旦 (辣汁) + 另加面底 + 可樂另再叫份咖映多士 - 不太脆口，椰汁味不濃，同X記比，差好遠試後，總括來說，味道真係好一般，你話豬腸、雞翼、蘿白入味，這些以車仔麵店來說，係好基本一定必要。湯汁味精較重，因之後勁口渴，要飲好多水。另男仕食，一定要加底先夠飽，辣汁亦沒有預期中的驚喜，有好多其他車仔麵好味過佢。

我地兩人分別叫左:
一碗 (我) - 豬腸+雞翼+蘿白 (辣汁) + 檸茶
另一碗 (男友) - 豬腸+雞翼+魚旦 (辣汁) + 另加面底 + 可樂
另再叫份咖映多士 - 不太脆口，椰汁味不濃，同X記比，差好遠

試後，總括來說，味道真係好一般，你話豬腸、雞翼、蘿白入味，這些以車仔麵店來說，係好基本一定必要。
湯汁味精較重，因之後勁口渴，要飲好多水。

另男仕食，一定要加底先夠飽，辣汁亦沒有預期中的驚喜，有好多其他車仔麵好味過佢。
