12月5日，透過 openrice 訂位，與太太共進午餐，慶祝週年紀念。進入餐廳後先走了一圈，發覺 The Food Gallery 這名字並不符餐廳實際情況，地方不大且食物種類選擇少！尤其是沙律吧。冷盤選擇不多，唯一出色的只有生蠔和三種魚生，也很新鮮。其他的真是很一般！熱盤最令人失望，熱食一點也不熱，大部份比較鹹，且過熟，令到肉類變硬！連豉油雞也可以過硬，蝦餃內沒有蝦，實在不相信是洒店出品！另外燒牛肉也有點韌！值得一讚的是燒火雞口感和味道都不錯。至於甜品，大致上是不錯的，只有一兩款比較甜而已。餐廳地方不太，這天光顧的客人不多。雖然工作人員態度很好，但收碟卻慢，加清水也只加了一次（需要提服務員），相信是工作人員少的關係。總括來說，這次自助午餐是失望的，以這個價錢覺得有點不值（可能貴在有生蠔吧）。我經常到東涌吃自助餐，感覺樣樣比 The Food Gallery 優勝，而且午市自助餐也不到$200元。
