To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來慕名想食牛肉面,但見身旁有人點既牛肉麵既牛肉份量太少, 吾值個價位,相反見到人地塊雞扒就大大塊,就點左雞扒面,兩分鐘後尼到,未食已深感不妙,一定係預先炸好塊雞扒先咁快啦,雞扒凍既,連番熱都慳番, 咬落去好硬又乾, d炸粉太厚又無味,面份量又少,湯冇乜配料,冇味,非常失望, 杯珍珠奶茶d珍珠少到冇人有(加珠仲要加錢)...
