"馳名炆魚肚雞腳黑豉油乾撈麵" 是拿督星馬冰室的招牌菜. 我今天慕名而去一試, 點知這款招牌菜毫無特別: 黑豉油乾撈麵只有豉油的顏色卻淡而無味; 除了足份量的麵外, 只"炆得林但冇黎味道"的一條食指那麼大的魚肚和雞腳五隻; 全碟只有兩舊伴碟青瓜有青瓜味. 總之自己係屋企淥個麵仲好味.
