To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我係香港好少食拉麵,一來個湯通常都會好味精或太咸,再唔係就係隻蛋唔流心,面太淋,總之就唔好食但係朋友係咁叫我試依間,話好似池袋無敵家咁好食咁我就去試試啦店面唔大,但中午時間都好多人通常我食拉麵都會試左佢地最原味既豬骨/魚介,所以今次都唔例外啦拉面來到第一啖一定係試個湯夠唔夠熱,係合格既,而且唔係好油,湯頭都夠厚。再黎個面我揀左硬,食到最尾浸左好耐都唔會淋哂同埋睇下佢塊叉燒係厚切嫁!另外我最緊張既蛋流心度十足雖然食哂個面都有少少口渴,但以香港拉麵店來講,依間係高水準
