一講起法國菜,大家應該都會諗起比較高級同精緻既食材。但係其實法國菜都有輕食,唔係下下都係魚子醬同鵝肝。最近去左位於灣仔既【La Crêperie】,主打法國傳統輕食crepe同 galette。Starter:Blinis迷你pancake搭配煙三文魚和軟芝士。煙三文魚擺成玫瑰花形、好有心思,軟芝士味道唔會太濃,但好match。成個starter味道偏淡,好適合成爲第一道菜。Main:Les Pierres Niores (smoked home galette)鹹味crepe,餡料係烟熏火腿、芝士、番茄、流心蛋同沙律。番茄有超多塊,而且好新鮮完全唔會酸,搭配偏鹹既烟熏火腿同芝士就一流。流心蛋可以令galette更加濕潤。沙律都好新鮮!Lobster Pasta龍蝦肉鮮甜完全無腥味,搭配由餐廳自製既濃縮番茄海鮮醬,非常特別同鮮味,又唔會過酸!而且非常新鮮熱辣!分量仲好多!Desset:La Sexy SuzetteCrepe加上自製檸檬cream同芒果雪葩,之後再用Cointreau橙酒點燃。餐廳連用酒都非常講究,唔同食材既crepe會用唔同酒搭配,酒味唔會太濃!自製檸檬cream好香

龍蝦肉鮮甜完全無腥味,搭配由餐廳自製既濃縮番茄海鮮醬,非常特別同鮮味,又唔會過酸!而且非常新鮮熱辣!分量仲好多!

Desset:La Sexy Suzette


Crepe加上自製檸檬cream同芒果雪葩,之後再用Cointreau橙酒點燃。餐廳連用酒都非常講究,唔同食材既crepe會用唔同酒搭配,酒味唔會太濃!自製檸檬cream好香檸檬味又唔會過甜,芒果雪葩味道會偏淡,不過如果搭配檸檬cream一齊食會被蓋過。

Les Voiles De Saint Tropez


Crepe加上太妃海鹽醬,焦糖蘋果同雲尼拿雪糕。呢款crepe非常驚艷!以爲會好甜,點知搭配得剛剛好,焦糖蘋果非常軟,但又無熟蘋果既酸味,太妃海鹽醬鹹鹹甜甜,好正!

Drink: Apple Cider (Sweet 2%)


法國傳統邊食crepe邊飲apple cider,而且飲既方法係用碗飲,今次就入鄉隨俗。味道唔會太甜,酒味唔濃,而且好香蘋果味!





位置雖然有D偏離地鐵站,但store manager非常熱情同食物非常高質!大家去一試絕對唔會失望!
