To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次系第二次來食,上一次需然book 0左位,但都系企0左響門口等0左差不多有20 分鐘至可以入座,好采老細出0左trip,可以食耐0的,如果唔系,我地都走左去第二間。book位果日要求了窗口位,但當日安排唔到。今次醒喇,早0左book,亦book早0左。今次5日前就已經打去,而且同以往作風一樣要窗口位。個接線生亦如以往一樣念臺詞,窗口位已經full 灑,但我0地會mark 番低,到時有位會儘量安排。雖知道呢個系官方對答,但系都覺得未免太過死板喇,5 日前都話full 灑?!今日12:30 來到,即時入座。我地看圖點'食送',都系叫番上次果個豬肉'籃'瓜卷,BBQ既豬肉包住條狀既'籃'瓜,個樣實在太吸引喇;第二樣餐牌上寫住話系雞翼,但食落好似系雞槌,其實真系唔知到系0羊,因為只得一條骨連住舊肉,個廚拆骨既功夫一流呀。然後有燕窩'火局'蟹蓋,0的燕窩系放響個'火局'蟹蓋上0既,因為燕窩無味,食既時候都系主要食到'火局'蟹蓋既味,有無燕窩都系影響唔到個'食送';仲有一個普普通通既清湯莧菜,需然煮法無技巧,但都好好食,可能我唔鍾意食太濃既野食啦。而之前果幾味,煮得有技巧,食落好野味,食番0的

如果響呢頭飲茶,呢度系我既首選,因為響其他中環既酒樓都要0甘既價錢,但系呢度多0左0的服務同個海景
