To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 星期日下午5點幾已經攞定籌,點知要等2個鐘先有得食。一行8人坐一張卡位,小小迫但因為唔知要等到幾時,唯有先坐。『牛角』話自己已有6佰間分店,香港剛剛開第二間,真係要試試有什麼特別~首先叫咗最貴的『牛肋肉』每客要$99,只得6塊。Menu 有建議客人只須燒20秒,跟住做,塊牛有少許生,medium都ok。肉質真係一流,入口即溶。飲品方面特別少少有Collagen系列,叫咗個Peach Collagen,無乜味,第二日起身亦唔覺皮膚好咗。佢咃的醬有三款,全部放晒係檯面。有海鹽、燒汁同甜醬。我覺得牛肉點少少海鹽已經ok。牛的其他部份都有order,牛肋肉(塩及燒汁)平平地肉質須然無『牛肋肉』咁入口即溶,但計味道燒汁入味D。牛肩太硬,牛柏葉都一般,不過好過牛肩,起碼有嚼口。牛舌好好味,雖然得5塊,好入味,唔點汁都OK。我地都order 咗幾次。其他如牛腸,豬頸肉(味噌)$39-呢個正!很入味,入口又鬆化,一定咬得開!香草芝士雞肉$49,將芝士連錫紙盤放在燒爐上燒至溶。,再用作雞肉點汁用,雞肉很嫩。蔥拉麵只可說是一般,無乜特別好味或唔好食。另外,另一推介是『牛角飯』,有紫菜係飯面再加燒汁的珍珠飯

最後大家一定要試試人氣NO.1 的雪糕『牛角雪糕』,有少少焦糖係雲呢拿雪糕面,為整頓食加入完美的結局。
