Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係食飯嘅時候,響荃灣綠楊坊嘅美心皇宮。座位算係寬敞,樓底高、光猛,環境都叫做唔錯。濃湯肘子花膠扒,望落Menu就被呢道菜吸引,上到嚟都好靚,濃湯雞熱住的,花膠都好大塊,但係見到上面仲有好多黑色嘅一粒粒同埋比較腥。就係因為洗得唔乾淨。如果唔係呢道菜應該幾好食。乳豬叉燒都唔錯,由於我哋比較早到,乳豬要燒,所以呢碟餸都等咗比較耐先出,叉燒肥瘦均稱,乳豬就冇乜多餘嘅脂肪。油浸藍鱈魚其實我唔係好知藍鱈魚係啲乜嘢野,我本身係期望油脂比較豐富嘅,但係點講呢條魚唔係好似想去品種。味道都唔錯,不過以油浸來講佢嘅油溫應該高咗一d,所以似係炸,而魚肉又真係唔夠滑。沙薑煎焗雞,砂薑同雞嘅調味唔會死錯人,煎左嘅雞就會好香口,但係由於佢唔係用新鮮雞,冇乜雞味,相對調味就要增加,所以呢道菜我嘅評價係麻麻。

乳豬叉燒都唔錯,由於我哋比較早到,乳豬要燒,所以呢碟餸都等咗比較耐先出,叉燒肥瘦均稱,乳豬就冇乜多餘嘅脂肪。
