To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某日在維園游水後,元氣大傷,慢慢走到炮台山方向,看到一家放滿綠色植物的飲品店,當然走到門口看過究竟連門外的招牌也吸引著我店內環境有一點台灣風,一進店竟感覺自己身處台灣店員都是年輕人有幹勁超級紅火龍,顏色非常鮮豔奪目,原因是用上紅肉火龍果,抗氧化的表表者,茶底可以選茉莉花茶或桂花烏龍,前者茶味軟濃,後者味道較清入口滿滿火龍果,由於選了桂花烏龍,所以茶味沒有搶過火龍果草莓優格蓋茶$34,看著店員用新鮮水果製作,面層的優格份量多,杯身有說最好是最接飲用,不用飲管,味道同樣清新,感覺像沒有加糖水,很健康,吃到最後,杯底還有草莓籽,慢慢咀嚼餐牌資料清晰,共5大項目購買飲品後,可以走到店外的地方休息一下
