To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 適逢雙十節中華民國國慶日,一於應下節去食台灣野。希慎廣場有唔少不同類型嘅餐廳,例如快餐漢堡店、日式拉麵、韓國料理、港式燒味飯等任均選擇。今晚就試左百芳池上便當。台灣焢肉便當🍱便當嘅配菜種類同份量都好多,有酸菜、椰菜、玉米肉碎、香炒粉絲同埋滷蛋等。紅燒豬腩肉肥瘦適中,煮得幾入味。百芳滷雞腿🍗便當,雖然主角係雞腿,但配料一點都唔馬虎,配埋白飯一齊食相當美味。如果白飯嘅份量再多D就好喇!小食皮蛋豆腐味道一般,豆腐質感比較實唔夠滑,個汁好濃味道偏咸。飲品同便當同樣出色。無糖凍頂烏龍茶茶味清香;豆乳布丁其實係豆漿加入左香滑雞蛋布丁。
