To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日食日韓野, 系時候轉下口味,朋友想食台灣野, 第一時間就諗起佢了...士林台灣麵。紅燒牛肉麵, 次次黎我都會點呢個, 因為肉質夠淋又夠入味,牛肉湯底味道又夠香濃, 通常我會加少少醋同辣椒醬去食, 夠晒惹味。原本諗住點個香酥雞扒做"小食"既...黎到原來甘足料甘大份既...好彩佢炸得夠乾身, 吾太油膩, 好香口。其實平時既我吾會點飲奶茶既~不過食台式野點又少得肧芽珍珠奶茶呢...至鍾意佢甜度適中, 又有最愛既肧芽, 奶茶味吾太濃, 珍珠又有口感。
