唔經覺唔覺條街少左好多人,但大家都唔好忘記仲有樓上舖,就好似呢間打邊爐咁,位置亦都非常方便,係希慎對面,SOGO 行過少少就到。環境大主要為木系,有D似舊時宮廷感覺,店舖面積唔算好大,但位置都算闊落。點餐紙麻辣鍋 $158可選小、中、大辣,餐牌有指「為令顧客可品嚐食物鮮味,湯底辣度偏低」,食得辣之人建議大辣。湯底以多種香料及藥林炮製,台式同中式辣火鍋個分別可能在於有無鴨血及凍豆腐,鴨血同豆腐分量都好多,可能大家唯一唔習慣既係個湯底係有齊花椒八角既湯底料係入面,所以你烚熟野食之後會連埋湯底料一齊食到。精選手切牛肩肉 $198份量絕對對得起呢個價!牛肉既份量真係好多,牛肉紋路清晰,有咬口.,但記得唔好煮太耐,否則會太韌。皮蛋貢丸 $58  係香港打邊爐比較少見既係貢丸會配皮蛋,通常都係淨貢丸,自己本身好少食皮蛋,初頭會以為粒丸會好大陣皮蛋味,結果食落去咬到中間個陣發覺皮蛋味唔算好濃,所以唔鍾意皮蛋可以唔洗驚頂唔順陣味。蕃薯苗 $38香港應該好少好少何食蕃薯苗,份量多,但嗌辣湯食菜就會掛起埋啲花椒粒、辣椒籽。新竹米粉 $38呢間店好細心,米粉會跟個垂直既漏網比我地煮,令米粉唔會煮散哂,同樣份

係香港打邊爐比較少見既係貢丸會配皮蛋,通常都係淨貢丸,自己本身好少食皮蛋,初頭會以為粒丸會好大陣皮蛋味,結果食落去咬到中間個陣發覺皮蛋味唔算好濃,所以唔鍾意皮蛋可以唔洗驚頂唔順陣味。

呢間店好細心,米粉會跟個垂直既漏網比我地煮,令米粉唔會煮散哂,同樣份量好多,又係同蕃薯苗有同一問題,嗌辣湯食會掛起埋啲花椒粒、辣椒籽,食其他湯底時點米粉會適合啲。
