To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食台灣菜,見mikiki 開左間食台式便當好似唔錯,就過黎食下。外賣都幾方便,而家可以網上外賣平台 落單添。Menu選擇唔少,叫左我鐘意食既鹽酥雞便當 $59佢用台灣木盒裝都幾得意,比起發泡膠較健康。鹽酥雞較乾身,但能鎖住肉汁,外脆內軟,唔膩之餘重食到鬆化既感覺,重帶點芫茜既香氣添。配料一啲都唔惹少,有粟米、粉絲、炸菜粒、鹵水蛋、黃牙白、蘿蔔絲等,味道豐富之餘配搭唔錯。加左19蚊叫杯黑糖珍珠鮮奶,珍珠頗煙韌,糖粉唔高👍🏻
