To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日午市揀左依間台式打邊爐作午餐。去試試新野,依間野原來星期六、日及公眾假期黎食需每位加$20,如果唔係特別好想食的話,好似平日黎好d。店面的設計和平時自助打邊爐的擺位差不多,都是設有一邊醬汁自助區,雪糕區,仲有2個大雪櫃放有林林總總的不同打邊爐食材,而飲品區飲料都有不少選擇。 今次選擇了90分鐘特選殼飼牛午市套餐,肉類有特選殼飼牛、丹麥梅花肉、雪白牛胸爽都是任食。而飲品會附送一人一杯台式芝士·琥珀飲品。湯底選擇QQ骨膠原和紅燒火牛,骨膠原奶白色好清的湯底,好似健康d咁。而紅燒火牛個湯辣辣地都ok。 雪糕區方面,我覺得3.6牛乳雪糕好味過海鹽拿鐵好多,3.6牛乳雪糕比較香滑、奶味香濃,而拿鐵比較甜。在依個價錢,下午不能提供台式小食實屬遜色,問左職員原來台式小食只有晚市才有。
