朋友一齊去尖沙咀這間台灣菜,門外非常多人排隊,店內滿座,但座位很寛闊舒服。首先点了2款台灣特飲~鳳梨苦瓜汁~苦瓜汁有点苦,但混入清甜的鳳梨汁,味道剛剛好,好飲。宇治抹茶牛乳~香滑的牛乳加抹茶粉,香濃味美。大板燒海鮮蛋餅,用鴨蛋混入少許麵醬,以大板燒的方式,加入大大件的蟹柳,八爪魚,椰菜,最後面上鋪滿木魚絲,非常好味。台灣夜市小吃~蒜香三色台腸,有原味甜甜地,有黑椒味少少香辣及加入鴨血的都很好吃。明太子甜不辣,煙煙韌,味道不錯。咸蛋黃芋泥球,外面脆,內裡煙韌,中間咸蛋黃香,好味。手工鳳梨酥麻糬蛋撻,外面鬆脆的撻皮,香滑的蛋醬,中間少少甜的麻糬,底層是美味的鳳梨,非常有層次感,好好味。
