To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為台式特飲的愛好者，筆者閒時最愛收藏各家茶飲店。今次就到了「小黑糖」。店內的招牌霓虹燈打卡位。歐蕾原來就是法文Au Lait的中文直譯，其實就是日常喝到的Latte。宇治抹茶非常香濃，值得一讚，即使混了鮮奶也喝到抹茶茶味。飲品柔滑香口，聽從店員建議後，選了半糖甜度也相當合適。「小黑糖」的皇牌—珍珠厚鮮奶，杯身黑糖紋漂亮，忍不住相機先食。黑糖用了古法炮製的純手工炒，配上珍珠，口感香口煙韌又有一股黑糖焦香味，不愧是台灣五大出名黑糖珍珠之一。厚鮮奶濃滑，與黑糖珍珠配合得天衣無縫。
