今日放工途經太子第一腸粉,以前食過一次,覺得幾好食!無諗到再食已經失望!


叫左一碟蔥花蝦米腸,入面好多蝦米,蔥好大粒,但上枱時腸粉已經降至微暖温度。腸粉比較實身,同昔日既口感已經大大不同!
加碟XO醬要$5,足料夠味,但如果能放置辣醬/辣油讓嗜辣既客人作調味會更佳!
反而個粥就值得推介

,粥底夠綿,不易生水或變稀。粥面上灑上鴨腎碎,如果可以再多少少就正啦! 二十幾蚊一碗,勝在足料飽腹。
總結而言,除非佢好平,否則可能幫襯街邊小檔既豬腸料仲抵食!
