平時好少買古早味蛋糕,一嚟覺得唔值呢個價😅,二嚟之前喺荃灣$25就買到個質素唔錯嘅原味蛋糕。不過,最近收到消費券,買野豪爽左🙈,而且唔買係唔會知值唔值,所以買左個$75嘅古早蛋糕。小店每晚都會喺FB更新第二日嘅出壚時間,當中焦糖燉蛋味更係每日必有產品之一。睇嚟應該係熱賣款,所以我揀左佢。焦糖燉蛋味 $75蛋糕體有綿密嘅氣孔,質地軟熟、有少少回彈,同原味古早蛋糕分別不大。不過食到中間會有一層燉蛋漿,呢個位置較濕潤、蛋味亦提升左少少;蛋糕整體甜度唔會好高,食完唔會覺得喉嚨唔舒服。我分左兩日食,第二日用氣炸爐翻熱,放到室溫後,再以低溫翻熱幾分鐘,避免蛋漿層變乾而失去濕潤感,結果同第一日分別不大。食後感:我覺得試一次就夠🙊。
