本人係沙嗲控,呢間串燒可能係我係香港食過最好味嘅串燒。本身唔係特別鍾意印尼嘢,但係呢間小店燒出嚟嘅串燒真係好香。所以呢間店係東大街繼低調高手雞蛋仔之後另一間必食嘅店舖。一般嚟講,等候時間都要20分鐘。因為有好多人幫襯,而且係即叫即燒,仲要係用炭火燒。睇住個店員燒燒下要攞啲炭出嚟加碳,你都咪話唔過癮。今日我係附近已經食飽飽,但因為離遠聞到呢間舖嘅香味,所以都忍唔住叫咗個沙爹豬頸肉,盛惠20蚊。我叫咗加辣。等咗20分鐘到就有得食!豬頸肉好爽,切好晒細細份易入口,沙嗲汁又有好多花生粒,好有口感,我每一啖都要點到超多沙爹汁先至入口,大滿足。
