To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從有可以遙距攞飛，同事們大約每個月都會唻兩次飲茶，呢間餐廳仲有侍應推着點心車周圍行，非常有特色，所以成日見到很多外國遊客。講返食物，雖然每次都冇影相，但大家一定要叫海蜇頭同豬手仔，呢兩個小食係點心車沒有的，但非常值得試。點心方面，除咗平時食開的蝦餃、燒賣、山竹牛肉球，呢度嘅麻蓉包，紫菜卷，羅漢齋粉包也是非常推介的。平日中午，也是可以訂枱的，但必須食set meal, 大家可以善用遙距攞飛個apps, 幾個同事通力合作，就不用等太久
