我中意食Omakase嘅原因係可以睇住師傅喺眼前製作食物,可以欣賞佢地嘅刀工同功架之餘又可以同佢地傾下計,呢間惠都可以話係我心目中排名嘅頭幾位☝🏻喜之次都係其中一款我幾中意食嘅魚類🐟因為價錢貴所以平時都唔太常有機會食到。肉質爽口脆身,味道清新淡味,而且佢同柚子胡椒醬好夾😍鮟鱇魚肝配魚子醬真係好奢華嘅享受,大大啖魚子醬再配埋鱈魚片,一軟一硬嘅口感,味道香濃😋平政肉質偏向爽口彈牙,帶有淡淡嘅油脂香😍呢款魚我都係第一次食,平時都好少見。銀鱈魚經過炙燒後將魚油燒晒出嚟,油脂好香濃,入口即溶✨配埋黑松露醬將味道變得更加濃厚,超有驚喜😍仲有仲有,帆立貝天婦羅加海膽,面有竹炭鹽,微凍既海膽加上熱既帆立貝天婦羅,口感十足;海膽超級鮮甜,入口即溶;面頭嘅竹炭鹽點綴鮮味!
