好開心一間火鍋餐廳會在火鍋用具上花心機思,由大銅鍋盛着湯底會比較火力平均,但鍋很重,一般餐廳不多採用吧。今次鍋底選了非常足料的爵士佛跳牆鍋,材料除了鮑參素翅花膠之外,更用上一圈哈密瓜肉,單單吃湯底配料已經夠吸引。卜卜蜆和手打肉丸品質有水準,價錢唔駛一百蚊,抵讚。至於封門柳份量亦足,我平常最喜歡爐烤或煎香的,對我來說火鍋配封門柳未必係我的至愛,簡單一碟肥牛可能己足夠。要吃到餐廳的特色,可以考慮下由食客自己唧的黑松露蟹籽魚蓉麵,啖啖蟹籽魚肉彈牙,最緊要係有得食幾多唧幾多。
