星期日晚約咗住太古嘅親戚食晚飯,諗住試吓新酒樓。7:00入座,7:10落單。過咗5分鐘有親戚話想食咕嚕肉,於是搵咗個侍應諗住叫佢加單,點知乜都未講,佢就話:「啲餸嚟緊啦,等多一陣啦。」呢個時候已經覺得瀨瀨哋嘢。到7:45先嚟咗一碟叉燒燒肉。催咗兩次,每次都只係hea我哋睇住冇跟進過,到咗8:00先再嚟個粟米魚肚羹,於是叫咗個類似部長嘅嚟反映,最好笑係聽到佢同廚房溝通,廚房好似係完全唔知有我哋張單,個部長要逐樣逐樣講俾佢聽要煮乜,但唔係已經電子系統落單咩?到咗8:30,啲嘢陸續嚟啦,其實都只係叫椒鹽鮮魷、蒜蓉西蘭花、咕嚕肉、蒸魚呢啲,都唔係咩複雜嘢嚟,但都仲可以漏咗個豉油王海蝦,再催咗幾次,到9:00都未嚟,結果都係冇嚟,最終都要放棄。其實全間餐廳運作混亂不堪,好似啲傳菜員完全唔知啲枱號,係間餐廳周圍搵,啲待應之閒又互相埋怨。服務又唔得,除咗hea食客之外,叫佢加水,佢竟然可以將枱面壺滾水倒落壺茶到就就算,然後走咗去。至於食物,燒肉同咕嚕肉基本上都係肥膏
,完全冇肉,椒鹽鮮魷則完全冇味。其實你未準備好就唔好營業,咁即係擺明當食客係水魚,你一個小菜平均都收$150,但食到仲勞氣過食茶餐廳。講真,你咁樣我就一定唔會再有下一次,你都應該主力係做街坊生意,你咁樣經營,實冇回頭客。所以香港嘅飲食業,執笠嘅時候,唔好怨天尤人,怪港人北上,麻煩自己反省吓你點營運間餐廳、點樣對待啲食客!
