To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 匿間餐廳行過好多次,但都無食過,今日因為陪人所以試咗。間舖唔大,得十幾張檯。要先上少少樓梯然後點餐,點完餐過左手邊等攞野食。唔想諗食咩餸可以叫大碗麵,其實唔係真係好大碗,只不過係多d餸,每樣餸兩三件咁,一個人可以食得晒。餸方邊有豬紅,豬皮,蘿蔔,韭菜,魚蛋,豬腸,雞翼,紅腸。用料係新鮮既,但唔要係話非常突出。唔洗等位,尖沙咀平平地食一餐可以考慮。另外仲叫左韭菜豬紅,因為小妹好喜歡食豬紅。菜本來想叫腐乳通菜但賣晒,所以揀蠔油生菜。
