Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排成日落雨,係觀塘行完街街想搵間舒舒服服唔洗等位的食店,就諗到近觀塘的呢間潮洲餐廳。呢到地方好大,係二十幾張檯,但食客得5-6檯,可能附近沒有商場,所以少人黎食野,環境仲寧靜點⋯我地叫左滷肉+豆腐,蠔仔煎餅,同埋糖醋兩面黃,兩面黃就是把麵煎香兩面至金黃,再沾糖醋去食,已經唔係到到都有得食,所以點到都好難得,而且麵餅煎得很脆,美味😋滷肉+豆腐入量也很多,有十塊左右,豆腐也很入味。唔錯。蠔仔反而不太脆,蛋漿較多,偏淋身,但無咁熱氣。最可惜係埋單後無畀功夫茶我地飲,因為都趕時間,所以都無問侍應,是美中不足的一點。

滷肉+豆腐入量也很多,有十塊左右,豆腐也很入味。唔錯。
