銅鑼灣話就話好多餐廳,但其實揀嚟揀到都揀唔到。見雜誌係咁介紹呢間尚鮮日式燒肉,結果就去試咗試。佢門口都幾隱閉,我6點半去到都差唔多滿坐,卡位都好闊,好彩唔係坐吧枱。一坐底,侍應就放低一個燒肉併盤同埋刺身船,刺身比我想像中多選擇,都幾新鮮,唔錯(星期一至四:268/人)。食完就開始瘋狂叫嘢食,結果畀佢啲海鮮系列吸引咗,加錢叫咗個二人海鮮和牛盛合($198),其實都幾抵食,一個盛盒有4隻蠔、兩隻大扇貝、兩隻鮑魚、兩隻大蝦、仲有兩款和牛。海鮮類真心好新鮮,扇貝燒完都無乜點縮水,依然好大隻,大蝦就好爽口。燒蠔都唔錯,好有鮮味,不過要小心燒得太熟縮水。和牛其實都好好食,不過都被海鮮比下去,呢set嘢200蚊性價比超高。另外想讚吓啲壽司,嚿飯超級細嚿,包你唔會食滯,同埋重點係,有赤貝!之後侍應仲介紹我地試蒜香牛油龍蝦尾($128),100蚊左右有兩條開邊龍蝦尾。蒜蓉牛油好惹味,又夠彈牙,都唔錯。 其實出面仲有嘢飲甜品任拎,又有天婦羅炸物等等。不過我地呢啲食肉獸都係繼續密密燒。仲有一樣估你唔到,豬腸都好好味,燒到個皮脆脆地,再剪開慢慢食,如果唔係怕肥應該會繼續encore。最後當然唔少得movenp
