今晚同朋友黎到元朗食牛, 地點都OK, 朗屏西鐵站行過黎5分鐘左右. 門口有兩部機自助形式落單, 好方便. 店內裝修簡潔, 感覺好舒服.可能時間尚早, 唔使排隊, 坐低就order左牛小排同肉眼扒.價錢其實都好抵, 一百蚊左右已經有靚牛, 有飲品, 同埋任食既白飯, 沙律, 湯.特色係有一塊高達380度既石板, 廚師只會煎一成熟, 其餘就由你決定. 石板溫度大約可以保持30分鐘, 不過其實15分鐘後會感到石板溫度已經下降, 所以要控制時間.仲有圍裙可以用, 油唔會彈到成身都係, 好貼心!牛小排+鵝肝牛小排超厚切, 放係石板上面切開一半, 一半煎, 另一半放係碟上面待煎, 如果成塊煎就好難控制時間.肉質又腍又滑, 建議唔好煎太耐, 保持肉質軟腍. 配埋店主特製既山葵醬(真係用新鮮山葵磨, 好香好味), 仲有其他肉汁, 岩鹽等等, 正!肉眼扒超大件, 肉質都腍, 帶少少筋, 牛味重, 唔錯既選擇.
