又係等老公收工而要夜食飯的一餐,等得太耐悶悶地就想食啲爆炸嘢。食韓燒當然要去尖咀啦,但行黎行去都無乜心水,亂打亂撞就去咗呢間韓燒。餐廳唔响大街,如果唔係有個阿姐企出黎拉客,我諗我地一定唔知有呢間嘢。


餐廳係典型韓燒格局,但抽風唔錯,食完都唔會成身味。待應EE有部分係阿豬媽,老闆娘又係韓國人,膚淺嘅我即時覺得pro咗。嘢食都係大路韓國菜式。韓食小食有好多款,放到成枱都係,kimchi 係自家制的,很入味....正! 燒肉我地叫咗牛肋骨同豬腩,另外加咗kimchi soup 同生菜盤。但最impress我地嘅係有好傳統的有味菜(唔好問我呢碟嘢正式名稱係乜嘢,我地都係問佢有無夾埋肉一齊食的有味菜)、麵豉醬同埋醃洋蔥。牛肋骨很tender,很少筋,傳統的韓式食法是將肉夾在生菜、芝麻葉、醃洋蔥、有味菜同麵豉醬卷埋一齊食,一個字:超級正!

阿豬媽很親切的,周不時會過黎睇吓我地燒成點,又或者睇唔過眼幫我地燒。

至於kimchi soup 就比較淡,下次可以唔叫。
