To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾幾何時,丸作成為我最經常飲嘅台式飲料,全因佢嘅手作珍珠口味特別,感覺較傳統嘅黑糖珍珠冇咁甜同肥🤣可惜時間耐左,發現佢嘅品質有所下降,而且其後都有唔少嘅台式飲品店興起,所以好長時間冇再飲啦🤔🕑🕒🕓再次嚟到,發現佢嘅Menu唔算改變太多,當然都有追上潮流加咗啲新元素,例如Oreo同芋泥等配料🍠今次就點左以前最喜歡叫嘅《宇治抹茶白玉》!個人喜好將《白玉》改成《芝麻珍珠》,口感Q彈得黎內裏會有好多芝麻渣,芝麻味強🤤😋另外因爲加左配料芋泥,所以飲品本身可以走甜,咁樣mix後嘅甜度最恰當👍🏻芋泥有驚喜,又綿滑又多芋頭粒,真材實料😍除咗芝麻珍珠之外,飲過佢嘅仙人掌珍珠同樣特別,仲有好多出面冇嘅口味例如蕎麥珍珠、荔枝珍珠等,可以配搭最岩自己口味嘅珍珠奶茶啦!

今次就點左以前最喜歡叫嘅《宇治抹茶白玉》!個人喜好將《白玉》改成《芝麻珍珠》,口感Q彈得黎內裏會有好多芝麻渣,芝麻味強🤤😋另外因爲加左配料芋泥,所以飲品本身可以走甜,咁樣mix後嘅甜度最恰當👍🏻芋泥有驚喜,又綿滑又多芋頭粒,真材實料😍
