To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次lunch食得開心,食物又美味,於是決定和男友再來一次friday lunch。因為上次食過豬肋骨,覺得很美味,這次兩人都點同一款,就是豬肋骨。點餐之後,突然記起學生有九折,於是問問waiter是否要即時出示,還是結賬時出示。怎知waiter說要點餐前出示,現在出示已沒有折扣了。但是我們看遍了menu,也找不到有關優惠要點餐前出示。雖然只是很少錢,但都覺得心有不甘,因為真的沒有說明啊!我倆最後都沒有再和他們爭持,默默食完lunch。嗯,食物不錯,但服務要再改善。難道好的餐廳,真的是一次起,兩次止?
