To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見佢開左都一段時間,咁就試下喇,原本想叫個焗豬扒飯,但見佢menu寫住即整即焗要等15分鐘,因為唔想等所以就轉左叫咸魚肉餅飯(Menu冇寫即整即蒸),落單個陣著黑色衫似係經理既女人幫我落單時都冇講話蒸野要等耐啲,如是者係19:18落單後,等左20分鐘都未見有,就走去問收銀小姐,佢淨係一句答蒸野係要等,好我就再等多5分鐘,點知我張單53x等到後面54x不斷咁叫可以拎,燥燥地之下問多次我幾時有得拎,個收銀小姐即刻話包緊架喇包緊架喇,最後個蒸肉餅等左38分鐘先有得拎,拎到上一摸仲嬲,個肉餅係用個錫紙兜裝住,理應應該係好熱,點知一摸只係微暖,咁我等哩38分鐘到底等緊d咩。。。。總結 : 野食又唔熱,員工好似食左豬油咁慢手慢腳咁,只可以講唔會再有下一次既光顧,再見
