焗蟹蓋~~~肉質老.鮮味欠奉,干炒牛河~~~食一啖已成口油,牛肉有時食到好滑(太多蘇打粉)有時好韌.醃得唔平均.冇鑊氣.唔明點解係招牌菜.燒乳鴿~~~皮唔脆.一般.海皇湯~~~用料足,但湯冇海鮮味.因友人對此有感情.所以下次會試埋梳乎厘和牛舌.
