之前睇食評都是一般,但由於住得太近,還是想一試首先水杯很污糟除了主菜的燒雞扒普普通通之外, 其他的食物是不錯的, 燒牛肉也很美味唯一有問題是人手方面,經理很努力安排人手,我也很意外他在人手不足的情況下仍對我們的服務態度很好, 表現專業其實所有客入座後,門口的接待員亦可以幫客人下單,這樣便不需要客人等得太久想講的是有一個很奇怪的安排,主菜燒牛肉是放在buffet枱旁, 1: 客人一直以為是buffet的一部份而問廚師提取 2: 更奇怪的是一位廚師亦站在旁邊,眼見兩個多小時用餐時間廚師一直呆站在哪裏, 當有客人order燒牛肉廚師才需要把一份燒牛肉放上碟上,若把燒牛肉放回廚房,相信絕對可以加快所有上菜時間因為總括整個用餐過程最主要便是........等得很久

唯一有問題是人手方面,經理很努力安排人手,我也很意外他在人手不足的情況下仍對我們的服務態度很好, 表現專業


其實所有客入座後,門口的接待員亦可以幫客人下單,這樣便不需要客人等得太久


想講的是有一個很奇怪的安排,主菜燒牛肉是放在buffet枱旁, 1: 客人一直以為是buffet的一部份而問廚師提取
2: 更奇怪的是一位廚師亦站在旁邊,眼見兩個多小時用餐時間廚師一直呆站在哪裏, 當有客人order燒牛肉廚師才需要把一份燒牛肉放上碟上
,若把燒牛肉放回廚房,相信絕對可以加快所有上菜時間


因為總括整個用餐過程最主要便是........等得很久
