To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 只可品茶的樂茶軒係大館,其實都預計呢度的餐廳會收遊客價,或者係好睇唔好食。一日下午,同朋友來大館參觀,行得累了就來到樂茶軒坐低歇歇,飲杯茶食個包。亦因為下午,人客不多,好多空枱,但店員得知我哋無訂枱,就叫我地坐門口位。點解呢?係我哋要求下,換到窗口位。店舖提供素食餐點及大量不同種類茶茗。點了幾籠點心,味道無法令人留下印像。連最簡單的麻醬腸粉,都係無法令人留下好印像。係食得落口,但就係無好印像。朋友點了冷泡茶,離開時可以帶走膠樽。我則點了價格最低的鐵觀音,點太貴的話,怕自己唔識欣賞。每一枱都擺放了電熱水壺,方便客人隨時有滾水沖茶。其中一位店員奉茶的時候,摸一摸水壺話『咦,d水熱架喎』,跟住又開制煲水。首先,水唔應該翻煲,所以被我制止,但店員就咁行咗去。第二,水壺半滿,即係上一枱客用完剩下的,但店員從無主動換水,要出聲先識做。枱面面積不大,又奉茶的時候,店員唔係嘗試移動餐具或者收走其他空碟騰空位置,而係直接將我放喺枱面的電話,無問過我就一手拎起放窗台。其實知你唔想整濕部電話,但可唔可以問下我先呢?服務貌似殷勤,但毫不到位。排除以上,其實係環境裝修ok,適合品茶傾偈的地方。
