據聞韓式古法嘅燒烤,喺會將一塊熨斗狀嘅鐵塊壓嚮肉嘅上面,將肉汁鎖緊,令到肉質更加鮮嫩。調味豬頸肉 HKD75、肩胛肉 HKD120肩胛肉同豬頸肉一向都係我嘅最鍾意食嘅燒肉部位。肩胛肉嘅肉質鮮嫩,油花入口即溶,而豬頸肉就燒到好爽口,調味亦都恰到好處,味道濃郁滋味~!厚切五花肉 HKD158韓燒除咗要食牛肉之後,五花肉亦都係一個唔可以放過嘅肉類。呢件五花肉無論係顏色,定係脂肪嘅分佈都好靚。本身見佢咁大件,都怕要燒好耐先食得,但搵鐵熨斗壓住佢嚟燒,受熱均勻咗,明顯地比平時熟得快,未食就已經聞到好香嘅油香~不過總括嚟講食物價錢偏貴,唔算抵食,只喺燒烤嘅方式比較新奇有趣。

厚切五花肉 HKD158
韓燒除咗要食牛肉之後,五花肉亦都係一個唔可以放過嘅肉類。呢件五花肉無論係顏色,定係脂肪嘅分佈都好靚。本身見佢咁大件,都怕要燒好耐先食得,但搵鐵熨斗壓住佢嚟燒,受熱均勻咗,明顯地比平時熟得快,未食就已經聞到好香嘅油香~
