To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間位於金鐘的【AMMO】,位處香港公園附近,餐廳被大自然包圍,而且樓底極高,充滿空間感。餐廳主打意大利菜,食物擺盤精緻,而且有心思。前菜先配上西班牙Monteleiva Cava,味道較甜及開胃。AMERA TOMATO & BURRATA香甜的日本蕃茄配上水牛芝士,加上香橙檸檬汁,表面是牛蒡及話梅粉,味道清新,有夏日氣息。CRUDO DI CHUTORO & SWEET POTATO中拖羅包著魔芋,表面加上青檸果肉,拖羅魚油正好以微酸的青檸肉中和。之後就是法國的Bourgogne Blanc。GIROLLES PAPPARDELLE用了雞湯煮的寬麵,表面灑上的白松露及雞球菌,一上枱散發陣陣菌香,與叢林氣息相配。SEARED KINMEDAI FILLET配上新西蘭Sauvignon Blanc金目鯛皮煎至香脆,肉質保持嫩滑,黃酒汁剛好掛在魚上,突顯其鮮味。FRENCH BABY LAMB LEG羊腿用亞洲香料如檸檬葉、黃薑、南薑等醃製而成,入口嫩滑多汁,完全無騷味,配上法國Château Haut-Brisson紅酒,更添風味。CARAMEL APPLE PUFF PASTRY焦糖
