To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳主打墨西哥同尼泊爾美食，一入去氣氛已經好正，暗暗地有啲射燈好有叢林feel，聽講呢度嘅尼泊爾餃子好出名，所以特登嚟試試吓😆😆🌮PANI PURI $68 : 呢款香料醬酥炸球賣相非常特別，每一粒空心波波都係精緻😍，裏面釀咗啦薯蓉，脆片同芫荽，再將湯倒入去一齊食，味道非常特別，👍🏻，甜甜酸酸咁，好開胃😋🥟 MOMO (Steamed dumplings, Pork) $88 : 呢道尼泊爾餃子基本上每一台都有叫，喺呢度嘅必食菜式，佢有九件，可以選豬肉或雞肉餡料，炸或者蒸都得，賣相幾精緻👍🏻，用蒸籠上菜，仲可以一半蒸一半炸，享受到唔同款式😆，感覺有啲似中式包，皮薄餡靚，咬落滿滿肉汁，好有風味😋😋 🍕Pepperonis Pizza $138 :呢款辣肉腸pizza有水牛芝士，蕃茄醬同胡椒粉作調味，不過食落去冇咩驚喜🤷🏻‍♀️，雖然外型叫係特別，但係只食到蕃茄同芝士嘅味，辣肉腸亦都唔算多，呢個價錢就有啲貴🤔🍹Pom Collins $48: 呢一杯石榴梳打水裏面除咗有石榴糖漿之外，仲加入咗少少檸檬汁😁，令到佢咁味道開胃之餘又可以中和本身嘅甜味👍🏻🍹Coco $48 :呢杯Coco係加
