To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和朋友們相約在深水埗吃飯,因為我們都喜歡地道的中菜,今晚選了金豪酒家,在區內人氣很高,晚上人流非常多,幾乎全場坐滿,值得一提的是店家設有早鳥優惠,於7:30pm前埋單可享88折,9:30pm後小炒78折,相當吸引。海鮮魚+蟶子孖寶$468我們今晚點的海鮮魚是龍躉,龍躉肉質厚實細嫩滑溜,蒸得剛好,蟶子新鮮度非常高,肉質鮮甜,配上蒜蓉粉絲及蔥更香口。金豪和味雞(半隻)$188雞肉滑嫩,味道不過鹹,每件都入味,食落口感扎實。半隻份量適中,價錢合理,足夠3-4個人分享。砂煲芥蘭啫爽肉 $98店員即席炒香這道菜,芥蘭及爽肉啫得夠香,入口有啖啖鹹香;芥蘭保留脆口,火喉控制得好。白灼鮮牛頸肉$198牛頸肉切得厚薄適中,灼到剛熟,保留嫩滑口感,底下鋪有芽菜,吸收肉汁後更惹味。是款簡單但食材講究的菜式。原籠蒸糯米蝦$188糯米蒸得香軟,吸收了蝦與荷葉的清香,令人吃不停口;蝦肉開邊較易吃,肉質彈牙,感覺新鮮,與糯米融合得自然。
