現在食叉燒飯已經唔係去燒臘店,陽光專門小店有得食,灣仔就有一間叫叉太郎,細細間外賣為主,叉燒飯放在手挽四方盒仔內,企理有易挽,價錢亦便宜,$55一個飯,非常多餸多飯,唔擔心唔夠。叉燒款式很有創意:創辛、橘機、醉紅、黑松露、黃金,亦可以要原味,即是太郎。叉燒切粒,少少焦,少少肥幾香幾甜,味道幾好。配有機藜麥飯,一粒粒黑色嘅就係。如果要菜飯加$4,加咗菜大盒啲嘅。橘機叉燒相比原味甜少少,好似更加鬆軟。加咗個美顏湯,一大杯一半係料,主要是雪耳及紅棗,清甜好飲。
