To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前IFC2返工,國金軒係我食堂,一個月至少食10次,不過轉咗工,好耐無食,差不多有三年,今次重臨舊地,環境無乜點變,樓底高而且闊落,唔會聽到隔離枱傾乜,同朋友想relax吓食個decent lunch嘅好地方,不過冷氣真係唔夠,我朋友熱到大汗滴細汗,不斷飲啤酒同凍水降温。食物方面:叉燒依舊好好食,話係黑毛豬做,超juicy,肉質夠淋又夠味。點心方面,子母餃其實就係蝦餃,不過整色整水搞粒芥末係上面,不過入面粒蝦好新鮮,全隻大蝦,用料十足,不過個皮有d厚,而且用大蝦做嘅蝦餃,只要肯比多少少錢,好多地方食得到,分分鐘做得更出色。其他點心都普普通通,無乜特別,不過以呢個價錢,應該做得fancy些少。特別係杯青島啤酒,每杯70,仲未加一,真係仲貴過蘭桂坊嘅酒吧。好彩識個經理,送咗甜品,同服務超到位,見到我朋友不斷流汗,即刻攞兩杯凍水嚟,今時今日呢種服務態度唔係周圍有。所以雖然入門口個welcome service唔太好,個recep 無乜禮貌,嘢食無乜特別,不過食環境同個叉燒都可以
