去銅鑼灣成日都會經過駱克道比門口既小丸子公仔吸引住...琴日就叫左朋友同我一齊去試下因為OT... 我地去到都8:30..場內唔係好大.. 全場爆滿我地等左10MINS 就安排到位置比我地黎到..當然必要叫佢既主打 小丸子啦餐廳細心地將燒丸子既過程印出黎比客人睇ORDER 左一陣...好快就黎左燒丸子既配料有蛋漿、章魚、紅蘿蔔、泡菜、洋蔥待應好好... 會過黎教我地點做第一步, 先落油第二步, 落蛋漿第三步, 落配料第四步, 轉一半再落蛋漿之後可以不停轉下, 見到2邊變脆..咁OK LA~~放上碟... 加D 木魚、燒汁及沙律醬..即OK~~呢個小丸子~粒粒都好足料當然無係出面師父整得咁好食~但自己整.. 味道都唔差~~泡菜炒豬肉泡菜味道唔係好辣, 我自己覺我辣D就會更好喇~~雞軟骨炸得好脆~~ 送酒佳品新推出既酒柚子味重, 酒味唔係好濃好岩女仔飲叫左咁多野食埋單都係320 左右有得食.. 有得玩~ 一個唔錯既經驗
