Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (金百利廣場)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知大家會唔會每隔一陣就想食下辣野,我就會啦!喺銅鑼灣行到夜晚八點幾,就諗起傷心酸辣粉,真係好耐無食過!!我地一人一碗傷心酸辣粉,配左鹵水拼盤同埋口水雞,當然唔少得凍檸茶啦!傷心酸辣粉真係好惹味,我叫左普通辣,食得辣記得食大辣啦!啲粉口感好彈牙,要咬勁耐先呑。口水雞都好入味,仲有鹵水拼盤都好足料。比以前食真係貴左好多,得閒去過下口癮,都不失為一個好選擇。不過唔知係咪成為左中國旅客既勝地呢?側邊全部都唔係本地人。
